You can request refills online or through our automated attendant. If your refill requires a follow up appointment, please request an appointment online. Allow 48 hours for all refills to be processed. There will be a $20 charge for prescriptions that are called into your pharmacy without an appointment, payable by credit/debit card before your request for the prescription is filled. This is not covered by your insurance company. You must make sure you have enough refills on your medication between follow up office visits. MacGregor Family Physicians policy is to not refill medications at night or on the weekend unless it is an urgent situation. Please plan ahead, so you will not run out of medication. Please bring all of your medicine both prescription and over the counter, to every office visit.
